New spring menu at La Table du Valrose!

Spring, a season we all look forward to... After the cold winter temperatures, nature renews itself, offering a palette of new flavours. For chef Benoît Carcenat, this season is a real source of inspiration: tender artichokes , fragrant morels andSapalet lamb are in the limelight.
La Table du Valrose Menu N°17 will be available from 15 March 2024.
Spring closing from 1st April at 3pm to 24th April 2024.
Reopening on 25 April 2024 at 4pm.
